Sempai Stuart

Carol began training in Karate in 1991 in Sooke, B.C. and after achieving her Shodan in 1998 and moving to Ontario the following year, she has been training with Brad Jones Karate.

Carol achieved Sandan in 2005.  She has travelled to Japan and trained at the Hombo dojo in Tokyo on two occasions and trains annually at the CJKF training camps with Japanese senior instructors.  In her spare time she teaches at Ryerson University.
